- Established seven years or more if part of a major denomination, or 15 years or more if non-denominational
- Minimum average bank balance of $7,000 or more (combined checking and savings qualify)

2. Newer church program
- Established two to five years or more
- Minimum average bank balance of $2,500 or more (combined accounts qualify)
- Listed with directory assistance
3. Start-up church program
- Any church established less than two years
- Minimum average bank balance of $2,500 or more (combined accounts qualify)
