1. Introduction
By accessing and using the website and services provided by Credit Services of America ("CSA"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our website or services. Services for enrolled clients are governed by a separate written client agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Services provided
We offer credit repair, debt management, credit counseling, and credit monitoring services, and business funding consultation, designed to help you improve your credit profile by addressing inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items on your credit reports, such as late payments, collections, and other errors, and by helping you manage and resolve debt. CSA is a licensed Credit Services Organization (Texas License #2012-0007) and a licensed Debt Management Service Provider (Texas License #DM12-10132).
3. No guarantees of outcome
CSA will make every reasonable effort to improve your credit profile, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including any particular increase in your credit score or the removal of any particular item. The credit repair process depends on individual circumstances and on the responses of credit bureaus and creditors, and results vary. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, no credit repair organization may lawfully guarantee the removal of accurate, verifiable information.
4. Payment and satisfaction guarantee
Pricing is personalized after a free credit analysis and provided to you in writing before services begin. Consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act and Texas law, CSA does not charge for credit repair services before those services have been performed. Fees for a debt management plan are disclosed in your written agreement. You may cancel a client agreement within three business days of signing without charge. CSA does not offer refunds. Instead, CSA offers a satisfaction guarantee: if you have been a client for one year and no negative item has been removed from your credit report, CSA will keep working on your file until at least one item is removed. 5. Privacy and data security
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the personal information needed to provide our services, store it securely, and never sell or distribute it without your consent except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Consent to contact
By submitting a form on this website or signing up for our services, you consent to be contacted by CSA by phone, email, and text message (SMS), including through automated technology, for service updates, appointment reminders, and information about our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting customer service.
7. Use of your credit information
When you become a client, you authorize CSA to obtain your credit reports from the major credit bureaus for the purpose of evaluating and improving your credit profile. This authorization remains in effect until the service period is complete or terminated.
8. Website use
The content on this website is for general information and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, or Texas law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas, unless your client agreement provides otherwise.
