Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026
Credit Services of America ("CSA," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on www.creditservicesofamerica.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a consultation, download our guide, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
- Client information. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to perform credit repair and debt management services under a written agreement, which may include your address, date of birth, Social Security number, credit reports, and account details. That information is governed by your client agreement and by federal and Texas law.
- Automatic information. Like most websites we collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, and we may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule your consultation
- To send you the guide or information you asked for, and related follow-up by phone, text message, or email
- To perform and manage services if you become a client
- To improve the website and our services
- To comply with legal obligations, including licensing and record-keeping rules that apply to credit services organizations
Text messages and calls
By submitting a form on this site you agree that CSA may contact you at the phone number you provided by phone and by text message (SMS), including with automated technology, about your request and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our customer relationship management and scheduling platform, our client portal and processing platform, email delivery services, and hosting providers, all of which are bound to use it only on our behalf. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your direction (for example, with a lender or realtor you have asked us to coordinate with).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies needed to operate and, where enabled, analytics cookies that measure traffic in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site and access controls on client systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep website inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are retained as required by our licensing obligations and applicable law, then securely deleted.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of text messages by replying STOP.
- Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
