  • Creditor and collector letters. Goodwill requests, debt validation, and direct negotiation with the companies reporting on you.
  • A dedicated credit coach. One counselor who knows your file and tells you what to do between rounds.
  • Client portal access. Upload documents and follow your progress any time.
  • Our satisfaction guarantee. If you have been with us a year and nothing has come off your report, we keep working until at least one item does.

How it works

  2. Check your email. We send you a link to pull your credit report so we can see what is on it.
  3. Talk with a counselor. Pick a time on the next screen, or we call you within one business day.
  4. Start your plan. Your counselor reviews your report with you, walks you through the agreement, and gets your first disputes going.

Credit repair services are $99 per month. Your written agreement sets out the full terms before anything begins. As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we do not charge for services before they are performed, and you may cancel within three business days of signing. The credit report is ordered separately and is not included in the $99. Results vary and no company can lawfully guarantee a specific score or the removal of accurate information.
